Located one hour and twenty minutes north west of Toronto, this practise is located in a small town. Optometrist is semi-retiring and will stay on one or two days a week to do eye exams. Five to six jobs done daily and 10 eye exams done daily. Rent is $1500 per month all in. Practise is approximately 1300 square feet with the dispensing area being 800 square feet.
